Five of us were able to meet as the CinDay Guild this past Monday, at our normal day, time and location. (Hope that’s a sign the things are getting back to normal.) We were 2 in-person, and 3 online (okay, so maybe things are only partially “back to normal”).
The main topic of this month’s meeting was CinDay’s planned participation in the 2022 NBSI Festival Gathering, scheduled for early August this year. Our guild is one of several guilds/groups that have been asked to develop/lead the daily Festival Gathering worship – and CinDay is responsible for Day One.
In addition to that, as the current pandemic has lightened a bit and groups and churches have begun to open back up, CinDay members have been able to find more places and opportunities to tell stories in person…a trend we hope will continue. Easter in particular was a good time to tell the Story to God’s People.
But, of course, anytime is a good time to share God’s story.
