We were a little “light” for our March meeting; only 5 in attendance. Other things (like out-of-town trips and tornado warnings) kept our attendence down, but didn’t affect our enthusiasm for storytelling.
The ongoing Covid-19 pandemic still has us meeting online, but we’ve found a way to keep Telling the Story. As mentioned in the February report, CinDay members are planning to contribute “Stories of Samuel” to the NBSI Lectionary Project – a Network of Biblical Storytellers, Intl. initiative to provide quality videos of trained tellers presenting the scriptures listed in the Revised Common Lectionary that many churches use in worship/study groups. So, now we’re sharpening our video production skills as well as our story learning/story telling skills! (The media changes but the Story always stays relevant!)
